2024 Terms

Ordering: $150 minimum order/$100 reorder

  • Online ordering via the website or Faire
  • Via phone, email or text (an invoice will be sent via Shopify for a deposit of half the amount due to begin your order)

Fulfillment:

  • Usually turn times are 7-10 business days; orders may take up to 4 weeks to fulfill and be ready to ship.
  • If you have fulfillment timeline concerns, please contact me for a more precise estimate.
  • Payment MUST be received in full prior to shipping (shipment will be held until payment is received).

Payment Terms:  Online orders pay in full at checkout, phone/email orders may do one half deposit due to begin order; second half due just before shipping; credit cards, checks or cash(in person) accepted.

Product Packaging:  All items come on Badass Babe or Bad Jenny Goods cards WITH hang holes, ready for your price stickers and display.

Shipping:  All parcels will be mailed USPS, First Class. USPS First Class shipping is FREE. If another form of shipping is required, please let me know after you place your order. I will adjust your final invoice accordingly to include additional postage costs.

Returns/Exchanges:  I want you to be completely happy with every Badass Babe purchase you make. I believe strongly in my products and their quality – most items have been wear-tested as prototypes and under normal conditions the jewelry will have a long life. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, you may seek a return or exchange. Please email jenn@badassbabeusa.com with pictures of damaged items, shipping box and packing materials. If a customer has returned with a broken piece, have them email us directly and I will work with them on replacements. (I usually just send them a new piece - I want people to be happy!)
